Random weekend ramblings!

It's midweek already and I decided to go through the pics from the weekend. It was relaxed for most part. Saturday I had some me time and I decided to do my nails...

I then met up with boyfriend and friends at our favourite bar to watch the rugby match between South Africa and Argentina.

Two tequilas and some red wine later and I was posing with my friend's glasses. It made me look a lot like my mom. Lol.

And it all went downhill from here. Chicken wings at neighbourhood and some dancing at Jo'burgs.

That rosy tint to my cheeks on the pic above, has nothing to do with make-up. Hehehe...

Relive your youth!!!

A while back I saw some facebook updates and tweets about the return of Rascals. Imagine my joy when I discovered my favourite childhood candy is back. I immediately went on a mission to try and locate some. Finally I stumbled upon some at Clicks...

I was a little dissapointed when I popped the first few in my mouth. It just wasn't as good as I remembered. Oh well, I guess I'm growing up. Lol

If you haven't yet, please get your hands on some...For the sake of reliving your youth. Lol!

Guess who's back!

You know you HAVE to do a blogpost, when you get an e-mail from your "bestie" telling you that it's a sin the way you have been necglecting your blog! Just that, not even a 'hello, how are you?'...Ok there was a 'miss you' at the end, but talk about making me feel bad. Lol.

So here I am, back from the mini vacay I took from blogging. Basically, here is what you've missed:

1. I've developed a slight addiction to Big Korn Bites. Only the tomato flavour though.

2. I've taken the plunge and started reading the "mommy porn" trilogy, that so many people have been raving about.

Boyfriend even got me part 2 of the trilogy as a gift for womensday. (aaaaah! sweet!)

3. I've watched way too many episodes of Bones. 5 seasons to be exact. Funny thing is that I started watching season 3 and only watched season 1 after I finished with season 5.

4. I've made a mental note to start exercising once the days get warmer.

5. Oh and of course, I've had a haircut.

 

In a nutshell, that's whats been happening in my life. I will do my best to be more frequent with posts from now on.
