"City Girl" - A Night of Ol’Faithfuls!

Said night was last Friday night; ovs the term old faithful refers to things which are old but still the go to choice and never disappoints.

So we started off our night of O.F with the O.F drink of winners commonly known as Ciao, decided to switch up the flavour for a change, but this seemed to hit us a bit harder than yoush; we carried on anyway. Next, were the outfits, the O.F outfit of choice for gee was her infamous black rouched dress, toats Adorbs!

My O.F go-to, was ofcourse my pre-schoollike leather sandals! Lol, they sound a bit weird, and I do admit, do look like preschool shoes but im sooo into how thin the leathery straps are and how cute the design is. Anyway matched it with my turq jumpie and VIDA blazer (THANX to the VIDA AND MIS.SELLA SALE), and we were off!

Managed to fall in lust with the Corbin Bleu lookalike of yesteryear, but what can we say his haircut is absolutely ADORBS!!!! And so is his accent- YUMMY!!! Toyboy much?!… SOOOOO CUTE! Gee and I continued to perv throughout the night and into sat afternoon…. Hehehehe

Oh and whilst dancing, we happened to meet a prince…. Hehehehe not really- but I just felt that is what he should be! lol

Giggles and Glee

My latest obsessions...

...in no particular order:

1. Pretty Little Liars

I've started watching this series recently and I thoroughly enjoy it. Boyf obviously thinks it's total crap, but who cares, I find it entertaining. I've watched 2 seasons so far and it starting to feel like I'm part of these girls' lives.

2. Studded pumps

 
Studs on shoes are a huge trend at the moment...and I'm obsessed. These beauties was given to me by my boss when they returned from their recent overseas trip.


3. Woolies slimmers choice cassava snacks - Vinegar & Lemon Pepper

Now these can easily become my favourite chips replacement. It has nothing to do with the fact that they only contain 318kjs per packet, but rather the airy crispness and sour vinegarette taste.

4. Clinique all about eyes serum

Jade gave me this tester the other day and I must admit, it actually works. It depuffs your eyes in seconds and the metal roller ball is quite refreshing to tired eyes, especially when you chill it in the fridge.

5. Yellow

Funny story, today my collegue and I pitched at work wearing practically the same outfit. We had a big laugh and obviously had to capture the moment. I'm really liking yellow lately, but more specifically the lighter shade. So I read up on yellow and what it means.
Apparantly you should surround yourself with yellow when you want:

• clarity for decision-making
• relief from 'burnout', panic, nervousness, exhaustion
• sharper memory and concentration skills
• protection from lethargy and depression during dull weather

So there you have it, yellow makes you a happier person. Lol
